The High Road to High Net-Worth Clients
 

Paula Carlson, president, POP Wealth Marketinghas been helping financial services companies build their business, expand their client base and polish their brand for more than two decades.

A specialist in strategic planning and marketing, she has conducted hundreds of special event campaigns to help financial professionals acquire and retain thousands of high net worth clients.

Paula is a former licensed advisor, recruiter and trainer, so she understands the challenges and opportunities that financial professionals face.

She has provided marketing, branding and special events expertise to a broad range of financial firms, from small boutiques to national insurance and investment companies, and she developed a highly-successful, 107-step client acquisition events process that Amerprise Financial adopted as its national standard.

Michelle Mills is the POP Director of Event Operations. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Michelle has been involved in marketing and client service at two Twin Cities-based firms, JXE, Inc. and the Robert B. Hill Co.

She was also involved in special events marketing with Children’s HeartLink, a non-profit organization that raises money for children in Third World countries. At POP, she handles marketing, client relations and special event coordination.
